This week on the pod I had the pleasure of speaking with my favorite spiritual badass Alecia. She is a Lover. Vibe Creator. Instructor of Yogis. PADI Rescue Diver. All Around Magickal Human Being. In her work, she aim's to create spaces where people feel safe and inspired to listen to and express the needs and desires of their body, heart, and spirit. Alecia facilitates spaces with yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Sometimes in ceremony and sometimes in ritual practice.
I learned so much wisdom from Alecia and I have now incorporated some of her teachings into my daily practice. Also, stay tuned for info on her I will have an online meditation/breathwork course.
